Digital Products
All products sold through Fanime Community and Fanime Artist Alley are digital products or digital services.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and may be automatically applied to creator booths, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations except where required by applicable law.
Artist Alley Booth Upgrades
The following products are considered digital booth upgrades:
- Spotlight Placement
- Front Row Placement
- Gallery Expansion
- Featured Expansion
- Advanced Customization
- Future Artist Alley upgrades
Once purchased, these upgrades cannot be:
- Refunded
- Returned
- Exchanged
- Transferred to another booth
- Canceled
This includes upgrades that have been activated immediately or placed into a waitlist queue.
Waitlisted Upgrades
Some placement upgrades have limited availability. When available placement capacity has been reached, purchases may automatically enter a waitlist queue.
By purchasing a placement upgrade, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your purchase may enter a waitlist queue
- Waitlisted upgrades activate automatically when a placement becomes available
- Waitlisted purchases remain non-refundable and non-cancelable
- Position within a waitlist queue cannot be transferred or exchanged
Placement Upgrade Expiration
Timed placement upgrades provide visibility benefits for a specific period.
Examples include:
- Spotlight Placement (30 Days)
- Front Row Placement (30 Days)
When the placement period ends, the upgrade automatically expires. Expired placements are not eligible for refunds, credits, extensions, or partial reimbursements.
Permanent Upgrades
Permanent upgrades remain attached to the booth for as long as the booth exists.
Examples include:
- Gallery Expansion
- Featured Expansion
- Advanced Customization
Permanent upgrades cannot be refunded after purchase.
Creator Products, Services, and External Links
Fanime Community and Fanime Artist Alley provide creators with tools to showcase their work, products, commissions, services, portfolios, and external links.
Many creators may direct visitors to third-party websites, storefronts, payment platforms, commission forms, social media accounts, or other external services.
Any purchases, commissions, transactions, agreements, communications, or interactions conducted outside of Fanime Community are solely between the creator and the visitor.
Fanime Community:
- Does not process or manage off-site transactions
- Is not responsible for products or services sold by creators through third-party platforms
- Does not guarantee the quality, availability, delivery, or accuracy of creator offerings
- Is not responsible for disputes arising from off-site purchases, commissions, or agreements
Visitors are strongly encouraged to review the policies, terms, and practices of any third-party platform before completing a purchase or transaction.
Creators are solely responsible for fulfilling any products, services, commissions, or offerings promoted through their Artist Alley booth or creator profile.
Fraudulent Activity
Fanime Community reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or revoke access to accounts, booths, upgrades, or services obtained through:
- Unauthorized payment methods
- Chargeback abuse
- Fraudulent activity
- Violations of platform policies
Refund eligibility may be denied in these situations.
